Products

Software we build and run ourselves.

Our own products, each made for one kind of business: trade and field-service crews, job seekers, and quantity surveying firms. Scheduling, quoting, document handling and the jobs that run on a timer.

Tendimo

In development

Owner-run trade and field-service businesses with 1 to 20 techs.

The problem

Trade businesses lose jobs to calls they can’t answer. The owner is on a job, the phone rings out, and by the time anyone calls back the customer has booked someone else.

What we built

  • A receptionist that answers by voice in the business’s name and books the job on the call
  • A text assistant that answers questions, qualifies the job and books a real slot
  • Emergencies go straight to the on-call list, never to a bot
  • Customers can book themselves from a link
  • Quotes that become a bill in one tap

What runs on its own

  • Missed call: the caller gets a text back within seconds
  • Confirmation on booking, and reminders a day and two hours before
  • Late bills chased until they’re paid

Hirelit

Early access

Job seekers in Canada, and anyone applying to roles open to Canada.

The problem

Every employer asks the same questions in a different form. Filling them in by hand takes hours, and afterwards it’s hard to say exactly what was sent where.

What we built

  • Each job scored against your resume, with the strengths and gaps written out
  • Fills the employer’s form on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, iCIMS, SmartRecruiters and Workable
  • You press Submit; salary, sponsorship and work authorization are never guessed
  • A receipt for every application: each question, each answer and the files sent
  • An Android app, a Chrome extension and a web app on one account

What runs on its own

  • Job boards and the companies you follow checked every 4 hours
  • Your answer bank learns from each correction you make
  • Autopilot (optional) sends fully answered forms, with 10 seconds to undo

Lead Engine

In development for a client

A business that wins its clients by reaching out to other local businesses.

The problem

Prospecting eats the week: finding local businesses, tracking down an address you are allowed to email, writing the first message, then chasing replies. By Friday there is little time left for the conversations it was all for.

What we built

  • Finds local businesses by industry and city from free public map data; paid lookups run only when switched on
  • Reads each business’s own website for a published email, and keeps it as consent evidence under Canada’s anti-spam law (CASL)
  • A writing studio: draft a new version of an email, see it as the recipient will, and compare which wording earns replies
  • Every reply read and sorted: interested, not interested, or needs a person
  • A control room that works on a phone: a daily brief, everyone in a sequence, the emails, and the health of each part

What runs on its own

  • New businesses found every Monday morning
  • Up to 80 first emails a day, eased back in after any pause; follow-ups on day 3 and day 7, and a last note on day 14
  • Sending stops by itself if hard bounces reach 3% of the week
  • The inbox checked every 30 minutes; a reply goes out only after a person reads it and confirms
QS Manager final account: adjusted contract sum, certification and payment, holdback and close-out checks
Demo project, made-up figures

QS Manager

Built, open by invitation

Quantity surveying firms in Canada.

The problem

A project’s money is run from spreadsheets: the bill of quantities, every variation, every payment certificate, each in its own file, and the lien deadlines kept somewhere else.

What we built

  • Bill of quantities in the CIQS elemental format, with CSV import and Excel export
  • Variations, payment certificates and the final account in one place
  • Holdback and lien tracking per project
  • A read-only portal for clients, and PDF reports
  • Roles for the owner, lead QS and site QS

What runs on its own

  • Lien deadline reminders by email, every day
  • A weekly digest of every project

And the automations we run on ourselves

  • Outreach deskGuided calling with the next step set automatically after each call, and every email approved by a person before it goes.
